Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process that supports you in improving your health in a way that fits your life. Together, we focus on your goals, build sustainable habits, and create simple, realistic steps forward while providing guidance, accountability, and encouragement so you can feel confident making lasting changes.
Culinary medicine coaching helps you understand how your food choices impact how you feel and function each day. It is a practice that supports you in using nutrition and simple cooking habits to restore and maintain your health. The focus is on creating nourishing meals, building confidence in the kitchen, and developing realistic habits that support your energy, metabolism, and long term well-being. Your nutrition and cooking approach can also be tailored to support specific health concerns such as diabetes, prediabetes, cardiovascular health, IBS, inflammation, and mental health.
Being an NBC-HWC means I’ve met national standards set by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. This includes completing an approved training program, gaining hands-on experience, and passing a comprehensive board exam.
For you, it means you’re working with someone trained in a structured, evidence-based approach. The focus is on helping you make realistic, lasting changes through supportive conversations, accountability, and a process that’s centered around your goals and your life.
Services are offered with flexibility in mind, with pay-as-you-go options for individual sessions and package pricing available as a one-time payment or payment plan. While insurance isn’t billed directly, many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for health and wellness coaching. It can be helpful to check with your insurance provider to see what reimbursement options may be available to you.
Each session is a relaxed, supportive space where the focus is on you, your goals, and anything you’re currently navigating. We’ll focus on what feels realistic and manageable for you right now. Sessions are held virtually through an easy to use platform, so you can join from wherever you’re most comfortable. The aim is to help you leave each session with clarity, practical ideas, and a plan that feels supportive for your overall health and well-being.
